We have limited the quantity you can order with shopping cart : If the quantity you order exceeds the quantity limit, a "Sold Out" message will appear when you click "Check Out" or "PayPal Check Out".

stock level is displayed for some items on webpage : For some products, you may see the quantity "in stock" under the "Add to Cart" button, e.g. " (set of 10 strands: 3 in stock) ". That is the maximum quantity you can buy with shopping cart.
Click "Check Out" or "PayPal Check Out" to know if the quantity you order is within the quantity limit : After you add an item on the shopping cart or adjust the quantity you wish to order, click "Check Out" or "PayPal Check Out". If a "Sold Out" message does not appear, it means that it is within the quantity limit.
If you see a "Sold Out" message, you can go to the shopping cart to reduce the quantity you order : On the "Sold Out" message page, click "Go to Shopping Cart". Then, for the item with not enough stock, you can reduce the quantity you order.

to buy more than is available in the shopping cart : Order by email. Email us the item number, item name and quantity you would like to order.
to buy that item in reduced quantity, so that it is within the quantity limit : Reduce the quantity in the shopping cart until a "Sold Out" message does not appear when you click "Check Out" or "PayPal Check Out".

when any item is sold out, you will not be able to proceed with payment : when any items in the shopping cart is sold out, when you click "Check Out" or "PayPal Check Out", a "Sold Out" message appears instead of the page asking for your credit card details or PayPal account details
if you wish to leave that item out and buy other items first : on the shopping cart, for that item, click "Remove" to remove that item. Then, click "Check Out" or "PayPal Check Out" to proceed with the payment for other items.
if you wish to buy less quantity of that item : try reducing the quantity in the shopping cart until a "Sold Out" message does not appear when you click "Check Out" or "PayPal Check Out".
